Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FundedOrFucked.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FundedOrFucked is a community platform where founders post SaaS ideas and the community votes them Funded 💰 or Fucked 💀. Features include idea submission, voting, AI-powered roasts, meme generation, a leaderboard, and a weekly newsletter. Some features require a paid subscription.

• You must provide a valid email address via Google or GitHub OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others.

• FundedOrFucked offers three tiers: Spectator (free), Judge (€4.99/mo), and Executioner (€9.99/mo). Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
• Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until period end.
• AI Roasts are free for signed-in users. Once generated, verdicts are permanent and cannot be undone.
• Refund policy: if you are unsatisfied with a subscription within 7 days of your first payment, email hello@fundedorfucked.com for a full refund.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Post ideas with the intent to harm, harass, or target specific individuals.
• Attempt to manipulate votes through bots, multiple accounts, or coordination.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service or its data.
• Use FundedOrFucked for spam or unsolicited promotions.
• Circumvent any access controls or rate limits.

Ideas posted publicly are public. Do not post ideas that contain trade secrets or confidential information. Once an idea is live, it may be voted on, roasted, and memefied by the community.

The Roast feature uses OpenAI's GPT-4o to generate a Bear Case, Bull Case, and survival score. AI verdicts are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute business, investment, or legal advice. FundedOrFucked is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of ideas you post. By posting, you grant FundedOrFucked a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, share, and use your content on the platform, including in the newsletter and on social media. You can request removal of your content by contacting us.

AI-generated roasts and memes are owned by FundedOrFucked. The platform design, code, and original content are protected by copyright.

Points, ranks, and achievements are awarded at our discretion and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove points and ranks at any time, including in cases of abuse or policy violations.

FundedOrFucked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI verdicts will be accurate or useful. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundedOrFucked, its contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
