FundedOrFucked.com ("we", "us", "our") is a community platform where founders post SaaS ideas and the community votes them Funded 💰 or Fucked 💀. We operate at fundedorfucked.com.

We collect the following information when you use FundedOrFucked:

• Account information — your email address, name, and profile data when you sign up via Google or GitHub OAuth.
• Content you post — ideas, titles, pitches, and any other content you submit to the platform.
• Votes and activity — your votes on ideas, leaderboard points, and gamification data.
• Payment information — subscription and payment data processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers or banking details.
• Newsletter subscription — your email address if you subscribe to our weekly digest.
• Usage data — pages visited, interactions, and feature usage to improve the product.

• To operate the idea voting platform and display community content.
• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send you the Weekly Autopsy newsletter (only if you subscribed).
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, payment receipts).
• To power the leaderboard and gamification features.
• To improve the platform and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and one-time purchases.
• Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
• OpenAI — AI roast generation (idea title and pitch are sent; no personal account data).
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for generated meme images.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics.
• Google / GitHub — OAuth authentication providers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Public content you posted (ideas, votes) may remain visible in anonymized or aggregate form. Newsletter unsubscribes are processed immediately.

GDPR rights (EEA residents):

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Right to restriction — ask us to limit processing of your data.
• Right to portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

CCPA rights (California residents):

• Right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
• Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale — we do not sell your personal information.

• Platform improvement and bug fixing — Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))
• Leaderboard and public content display — Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized, aggregate usage data without cookies or fingerprinting. You can disable JavaScript-based analytics using standard browser settings.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States (Vercel and Neon). If you are located in the EEA, your data is transferred to the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Database access is restricted and encrypted at rest. We never store payment credentials — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. While we apply commercially reasonable measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

FundedOrFucked is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at hello@fundedorfucked.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
